Fish & Shrimp Benefit Dinner

Friday, September 9th, there will be a benefit dinner at the Knights of Columbus Hall on South M-18 in Gladwin. Dinner begins at 4 and will conclude at 7. There will also be a bake sale. (see the picture below for full information)

I don't know about you, but I spend a good amount of time on my computer which makes it very simple to go the the private/secure link to financially help New Dawn Shelter.

The average cost per day for a resident is $11.50....per DAY! Think about this....if you wanted to support a resident once a month, you could send a donation to the shelter monthly at less than the cost of  meal out for two individuals.You may feel free to donate monthly, bi-monthly, or weekly to support one resident at $11.50.  There is an easy way to contribute. ~Keeping Up to Date~

There have been a variety of things going on at New Dawn Shelter of Gladwin. The 5k run has come and gone where the shelter raised over $1000. Thank you so much to those of you who came out and supported that event. We have had residents recently begin employment and moved out into their OWN homes.

Celebration Dinner

You are invited to a New Dawn Shelter Celebration Dinner Thursday,  June 16th at 6:00 p.m. The dinner will be served at Gladwin Church of Christ. Please contact the shelter if you plan to attend by June 10th.

There will be a silent auction beginning at 5:30
